A new bundle & a new IB kit

An absolutely gorgeous bundle kit with the beautiful artwork of Rachel Anderson's tube pack 21. A match made in tagger's heaven is what I feel this bundle is. The elements papers & tubes just pop. It has a dreamy yet mystical feel to the bundle & is a wonderful kit to work with. The kit contains 20 papers, 55 elements, 7 frames & 2 wordart. You are definitely getting plenty to work with. This kit was inspired by PinupToons tube 162-2 & it is adorable. The colors are soft & fit perfectly with the tube. It can be used in different ways which I like in a kit. The kit contains 6 papers, 20 elements, 3 frames & 1 wordart. Certainly enough to play with. Kit preview:
